Illustrative board. Deliverables carry your brand, not ours.
Definition · what each side sees
A HubSpot white label partner is a HubSpot agency that builds and runs HubSpot work for other agencies to sell under their own brand. White label HubSpot services let an agency offer HubSpot work it does not build in-house: a white-label partner like 3 & Four does the portal setup, automation, migrations, CMS builds and support under NDA, and everything ships with your name on it. The simplest way to understand the model is by what each side sees. Everything we sell direct is available under your brand: HubSpot onboarding services, HubSpot migration services, HubSpot automation services, HubSpot integration services, and ongoing HubSpot managed services you can resell as a retainer.
Your brand, your project manager, your invoice. Deliverables carry your logo and land through your channels. Our name appears nowhere.
A brief goes in, a quote comes back, drafts arrive for your review before anything reaches the client. One backend team across all your accounts.
The brief and the portal, nothing else. We do not talk to your client, hold the relationship, or keep a copy of their data once the work is handed over.
Avoid the cost and hassle of building a HubSpot team. We plug in instantly with certified experts ready to deliver under your brand.
Your clients are asking for HubSpot onboarding, automation, or support and you want to capture that revenue instead of referring it out.
We act as your invisible backend team, delivering everything in your brand’s name with zero client interaction unless approved.
2026 pricing · wholesale
Wholesale means we quote you the cost and you set the client price. You resell the hours at your own rate, and nobody on our side knows your markup. Send the brief and you get numbers back within two business days, as a monthly retainer or a fixed project quote. Agencies that want a running service can resell our HubSpot managed services plans as their own retainer; the public price list is on our HubSpot pricing page.
Two ways to work with a white label HubSpot partner. The right one depends on whether client work arrives in a steady stream or as one big piece.
Services · delivered under your brand
Six service lines, each with one line on what you receive to hand to your client. Every deliverable carries your logo and lands through your channels.
Properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages and permissions configured; you receive a documented portal and a training deck in your brand. Scoped like our HubSpot onboarding.
Data, workflows and assets moved from Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Dynamics and other systems; you receive a QA report and a cutover plan. Priced like our HubSpot migration services.
Campaigns, emails, landing pages, lists and lead scoring run inside your client's portal; you receive drafts for review before anything goes out.
Pipelines, sequences, task queues, quotes and reporting built around how the client sells; you receive the build log and the handover notes, as in our HubSpot implementation services.
Lead routing, nurturing, handoffs and follow-ups built and tested in a sandbox first; you receive a map of every automation that went live, from our HubSpot automation services.
Your clients' HubSpot tickets worked from a queue you control, with time logged against each; you receive a monthly list of what changed and why.
Process · four steps
You stay client-facing. We handle the HubSpot work behind your brand with one queue, one quote per brief and no surprises.
You set expectations and control the communication. We never engage with your client unless you invite us in.
We come back with questions and a fixed quote or an hours estimate within two business days, and start only on your approval.
Drafts reach you for review before anything reaches the client. Deliverables carry your brand and no mention of us.
You present the finished work and manage feedback. We support delivery in the background and keep no copy of the client's data once handed over.
Compare · three ways to answer a HubSpot request
When a client asks for HubSpot work, an agency has three options. Here is what each one costs you.
Mechanics · inside HubSpot
Whose portal. The work happens in your client's HubSpot portal, or in yours if you host it. We are added as users with the permissions the job needs, under seats you can remove the day the project ends. We never create portals in our name.
Sold credit. HubSpot gives sold credit, and the revenue share that comes with it, to the Solutions Partner that registers the deal with HubSpot and closes it. Under a white label arrangement you sell the subscription and register the deal, so the sold credit is yours. We do not register your deals.
Managed credit. HubSpot gives managed credit to the partner whose registered user does the work in the client's portal: the user has to exist in that partner's account and in the client's account, and be active there. So the email we work under decides it. If you give us a user from your partner account, the managed credit is yours; if we work under our own user, it is ours. We agree this on the first brief, and most partners choose the first. HubSpot splits managed credit evenly when users from two partners are active in the same portal.
Branding. Templates, emails, dashboards and documentation are built in your brand. Our name does not appear in the portal, in the files or in HubSpot's partner record for the client.
Confidentiality
Signed NDA on every engagement. It covers your client list, your pricing, the briefs you send and everything we see inside the portal.
We do not contact your client, hold the relationship or appear on invoices. We see the brief and the portal, nothing else, and we keep no copy of your client's data once the work is handed over.

3 & Four did a phenominal job migrating our very bloated HubSpot account to a new account.
3 & Four did a phenominal job migrating our very bloated HubSpot account to a new account. They were communicative, and super responsive with any questions or requests I had. The process was super simple on my end and we were able to hit the ground running with no hiccups. Thank you Aafaq and team!
They look for ways to say “yes” and make things happen, rather than spending time explaining why something can’t be done.
They custom-built our CRM from the ground up, delivering a solution that was not only tailored to our needs but also completed in a timely manner without compromising quality. Every step of the way, they were available to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure we fully understood the system. What truly sets them apart is their mindset — they look for ways to say “yes” and make things happen, rather than spending time explaining why something can’t be done. This proactive, solution-focused approach has made them invaluable partners, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a capable and trustworthy team.

FAQ
The questions agencies ask before signing with a white-label HubSpot partner, answered plainly.
Bring one real brief to a free call and we will quote it on the spot.
Book a white label delivery callA HubSpot white label partner builds and runs HubSpot work that another agency sells under its own brand. You sell and manage the engagement; we do the portal setup, automation, migrations, CMS work and support under a signed NDA, so your client never learns who did the technical work.
No. Our name appears nowhere: not in the portal, the files, the email threads or the invoices. We stay off client calls unless you invite us in as part of your team, and the NDA covers it in writing.
From $800 per month for a retainer or $1,500 for a fixed-price project, quoted at wholesale. You resell the hours at your own rate, and nobody on our side knows your markup.
No. Many of our partner agencies added HubSpot to their offer for the first time through this model. If you are a Solutions Partner, the client stays registered to you; if you are not, the work is delivered the same way.
Sold credit goes to the partner that registers the deal with HubSpot and closes it, which under white label is you. Managed credit goes to the partner whose registered user does the work in the client's portal: give us a user from your partner account and the managed credit is yours; if we work under our own user, it is ours. We agree it on the first brief.
Yes, on every engagement. It covers your client list, your pricing, the briefs you send and everything we see inside the portal, and it commits us to keeping no copy of your client's data once the work is handed over.
You get a quote within two business days of sending a brief, and work starts on your approval. Retainer clients have a dedicated backend team with priority turnaround on requests; project timelines are agreed per brief.
Almost everything a client asks an agency for: portal setup and onboarding, Marketing and Sales Hub execution, workflow automation, migrations from other CRMs, custom CMS builds, reporting dashboards and ongoing support tickets.
Yes. You own the contract, the communication and the client. We never contact your client directly, and if a call ever needs a technical voice, we join only when you invite us and as part of your team.
Yes. When you invite us, a consultant joins under your brand as a member of your team, with no mention of 3 & Four. Most partners use this for discovery calls and technical questions during a build.
A referral hands the client, and the revenue, to someone else; at best you earn a referral fee and the client learns another name. White label keeps the client, the margin and the relationship with you, with the delivery done by a Platinum partner behind your brand.
